Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (and Belonging)

We are social beings

People and Relationships: Having healthy team relationships and interpersonal dynamics is foundational to a thriving social experience at work – makes sense right?

A truly inclusive and diverse workplace fosters a sense of belonging and encourages the formation of meaningful relationships. Torque's social experience services focus on promoting diversity, inclusion, and belonging, while also facilitating mentoring, coaching, training, sponsorship, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Let us help you create an inclusive environment where employees thrive personally and professionally.
We are best known for our DEI Toolkit, which is ideal for working on DEI initiatives at scale. The DEI Toolkit consists of four main elements: e-learning, journaling, facilitated conversations, and a comprehensive communication pack.

This holistic approach to DEI training ensures that employees have access to the resources they need to foster an inclusive and supportive work environment.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) play a crucial role in fostering a thriving company culture. By embracing DEI, organisations benefit from varied perspectives, creative problem-solving, and increased innovation, which ultimately drives business success.

Moreover, a diverse and inclusive work environment promotes employee engagement and satisfaction, leading to higher retention rates and an enhanced employer brand. In today's global marketplace, prioritising DEI is not only a moral imperative but also a strategic advantage that sets a company apart from its competitors and paves the way for sustainable growth.

We can also offer Train the Facilitator learning so that representatives from your organisation can continue the work, as well as subject matter experts, speaks and special day campaigns to reinforce your company's commitment to creating an environment of belonging.

Claire Holden

Every person is unique and every environment is diverse. Navigating the world of work is complex. In addition to the rapid rate of change and innovation, we know that every person has different personal preferences in ways of communicating, problem-solving and organising, delegating and sharing work.

In her work as a Coach, Consultant, Facilitator, Speaker and author of guided journals, Claire strive to empower individuals and teams to uncover these preferences proactively, so that we can build environments where people feel empowered, respected, accepted and confident in the value they add to their workplace and the world.
